Frequently asked questions
What warranty do you offer?+
Qualifying repairs carry a 6-month or 10,000 km workmanship warranty, whichever comes first. Parts carry their manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Electrical parts and electrical repairs are excluded.
Will I receive a quote before work starts?+
Yes. We provide a quotation after inspection or diagnosis, and no repair work begins without approval. If additional work is found, we contact you first.
Can I supply my own parts?+
Yes, subject to inspection. Customer-supplied parts and associated labour do not carry our workshop warranty, and we cannot accept liability for related failure or damage.
How long will repairs take?+
Timing depends on the repair and parts availability. Minor services may be completed the same day; major repairs and claims can take longer. We provide updates at key stages.
Do you offer call-outs?+
Yes, for breakdowns, non-starting vehicles and assessments within our service area. Call-outs are charged separately and are subject to technician availability.
